We designed a quick-build pavilion with reclaimed wood and vivid graphics, turning an empty riverside patch into a place for music, food, and late-summer sunsets.
We layered soft lighting, smart seating, and curated art to welcome guests warmly. Tenants now call it their living room, not just a lobby.
